The Ultimate Paradox Organization studies the fundamental paradox underlying the nature of the universe, and concepts that derive from those studies.
The Universe, by definition, is everything that exists.
Infinity can be defined as "the number that is bigger than itself:" No matter how big you think infinity is, no matter how big you could conceive it to be, infinity is bigger than that.
The Infinite Universe has an infinite number of dimensions, an infinite number of ways it can be described, measured, defined, multiplied or divided, each of which may be infinitely large. Every time a decision is made, all of the options are taken in some part of the Infinite Universe: The Infinite Universe is the ultimate Schroedinger's Cat, simultaneously existing in every possible state. As a result of this complexity, Everything exists.
Thus we arrive at the Ultimate Paradox: In order for the Infinite Universe to be mathematically complete, Everything must exist simultaneously with Nothing, the total and utter absence of anything, absolutely nothing at all.
How could that be possible? How can Everything and Nothing simultaneously exist as they mathematically must?
Other than this Ultimate Paradox, why would there be any reason why the Universe would be anything less than Infinite, and how could it be anything less than mathematically complete?

Did life on Earth originate from a primordial soup of lifeless organic soup? Did the trigger that started the evolutionary process arrive from space rather than occurring through totally local processes such as lightning discharges or radiation creating the bonds that led to self replication? If so, then the chances of that only happening here suddenly start approaching zero, rather than infinity.
If the presence of carbon-water-nitrogen (CHON) form of life we easlily recognize was initially triggered by the arrival of primitive DNA-based molecules from space, were those naturally occurring, or did some other living system "sneeze" and spread the "germs" across the local interstellar environment? Was the "sneeze" a naturally occurring event, or did an advanced civilization intentionally spread its kind across the universe by sending those molecules to another world, whether by accidental contamination of an otherwise inert probe, or perhaps as a "shotgun blast" of small pellets into space with the intent that whereever they landed the process would start over. Surely, also, a "destruction of Alderaan" type of event would throw countless such seeds across the universe as well.
Furthermore, what we consider "life" is not the same as what the universe sees it as is an independent variable: Not only do we need to realize that CHON is not the only ways that "life" could be supported, but consider the question at different scales: Do electrons think? or planets, stars or galaxies? Step back a few more orders of magnitude, and what do the macroscopic structures of the universe look like? Is what we perceive merely a molecule in a much bigger universe? Perhaps the very definition of the universe is congruent with the definition of life: The Universe (everything that exists, at all scales and dimensions) may only exist because it *is* alive, much like the "God of Spinoza" that Albert Einstein professed to believe in.

Nobody understands quantum mechanics. The more we study it, the less we understand it.
If you escape The Matrix to the "real world" is it actually the real world or just another level of simulation?
If The Universe is expanding, where is it expanding to, especially given the definition that The Universe is "everything that exists"? If the reason we feel "one gravity" of acceleration while standing on the surface of the Earth is because that's the rate of acceleration of the Earth's expansion, and larger bodies with more mass and higher gravity are expanding faster, why isn't The Universe already full?
